The information you provide is used exclusively for processing your requests or bookings and is only shared with the respective accommodation provider (contract partner). Bookings are processed via the data processor Kognitiv (Seekda GmbH), and enquiries via Anfrage Assistent 4 You (LSL GmbH).

Data Processing by Order:

Based on agreements we have concluded for the processing of personal data, your data is processed on our behalf by:

• Seekda GmbH (a Kognitiv Company), Vienna
• LSL GmbH, Kaltenbach

as part of data processing under Art. 28 GDPR and applicable statutory provisions for support services.

These processors have access to your data solely for the purpose of performing these support services and may not use it for any other purposes.

You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, and transfer your data, as well as to withdraw consent or object to data processing.
